A project will be measured against whether it meets initial specifications, therefore it’s crucial to ensure it captures all the correct requirements. An incomplete specification leads to the project not achieving its aims, over specification will lead to greater overall cost of a project. Getting this right from the start is key to overall project success within budget. HES collaborates with the customer to produce detailed specifications that can be used to shape the project and hold the final design to account.

HES has the knowledge and experience to manage projects from concept to realisation. We will manage the many variables to ensure the project stays on track, within budget and fully compliant with the initial specifications.

Production of initial designs to ensure your project complies with the requirements. Following a successful detailed design review, HES will produce all the necessary detailed drawings and documentation to allow manufacture of a project. All designs will be held securely and confidentially.

HES use a combination of in-house manufacture, and trusted partners to convert detailed drawings into manufactured parts and assemblies. All trusted partners are quality checked throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with the assembly drawings and HES standards.

HES offer a full technical documentation service for projects, including User & Maintenance Manuals, Technical Compliance and Qualification Evidence.

Most projects need to comply with various statutory and non-statutory regulations. This is often complex and causes delays in getting projects completed and accepted. HES use their wide knowledge and experience in numerous sectors to get projects completed and avoid un-necessary costs and rework.

HES provide an experienced team to carry out installation and commissioning of projects. We can also provide instruction and training to the end users.

HES provide independent testing of any installation, providing certification or where appropriate, a defect report detailing any failings with a comprehensive schedule of repairs.

HES can prepare suitable maintenance schedules and instructions which can be undertaken by HES at the correct time interval or the customers own maintenance team.  We also offer a reactive maintenance service, from one off breakdown repairs to Service Level Agreements.
